This is the third (of five) panel from this page. There are more of the same
background lines in Ditko's pencils that Altercott left out (to the right
of Skyman's face. You have to credit the inker here for literally building
the old man's face. Again, Ditko can go from a thick line to an almost
invisible one in the same panel.
