This is the last panel on Page 11. It appears by the lines to the left of the face
in the original pencils that Ditko meant for some kind of background work to de done.
Altercott left it out, perhaps not being able to figure out what exactly it was that
Ditko wanted, given the sparseness of detail; not to mention the need to letter balloons.
