At the 2002 San Diego Comic Con, I was fortunate enough to have the Con accept my proposal to moderate a panel on THE ART OF STEVE DITKO. The room was as packed as any I had seen at the Con for a panel (not to mention one for just one artist who wasn't even in attendance at his own panel!); such a success that the Con is allowing me back for a Power Point slide show at the 2003 show. But, for the next hour, slip into some comfortable shoes and listen to some streaming audio featuring myself, Gary Groth (co-publisher of Fantagraphics), John Romita (the second Spider-Man artist), Paul Smith (X-Men, Dr. Strange) and Batton Lash (Supernatural Law) recognize, and critique, the merits of Ditko's 50 year career!
